I use to go here often for happy hour. The pros: chicken and tacos are awesome. Drinks are cheap but you honestly get what you pay for.

Cons: the service is awful. There is one good waitress her name is Kelsey she has great customer service skills. She is probably the reason any of them get tips especially since they share them. The rest of the waitresses are rude, nonchalant about your whole experience and take it very personal when you complain about incorrect orders. Instead of trying to give you a pleasing experience they like to tell you excuses for why things are messed up. Several even walk back to the bar and openly talk about your complaint as if no one can hear it. When t we came in today, our waitress was telling a story very loudly to a group of African American women about how a man told her "she must be married to a black man because she knows how to deal with black people." Grossly inappropriate in so many ways. Two of the rudest individuals are managers. But I guess they don't have  standards for customer treatment. The last two visits were very disappointing! Watery drinks that don't even have ice in them. Using the tiniest glasses and pouring the smallest amounts and calling it's shot. Today's visit they tried to pass off blue cheese for ranch dressing and when I inquired the waitress attempted to make me second guess myself. She then avoided our table and did not check on us at all for 25 minutes. We called her over but she made us wait until she finished her conversation with her co-worker. The last straw was her attempt to give a discount for the lack of ranch dressing but add an extra tax to my bill as if I can't add! I addressed it with the manager or so I thought just to find my waitress was apparently a manager as well. This says a lot about how they value service. This was not my first run in with this waitress and I'm sure she remembered because everything I ordered she placed in front of the person I was with instead of me. She never asked if I wanted another drink or checked on me at all. She directed all her inquiries to the person I was with. This place gets no more chances from me. The people who are saying this is like "Cheers" are the ones who are friends with the bartenders and get free drinks. I am not for sale for reviews. Truth is truth. If I could give no stars I would!

I came here with a group for Karaoke on this past Friday night. I got there about 9:30pm and there was a $5 cover. Im glad I just happened to have cash on me, which isn't my norm. When I got to my group's table, I waited for a server. She appeared, dropped off some drinks and disappeared. A few of us decided to go to the bar to order our drinks. The bartender served my friend with an attitude so I decided to go on the other side of the bar near the pool tables. That bartender was friendly and she took my drink and food order. We ended up not even going back to our table and just ate standing around the bar. I ordered chicken and fries and the chicken was fried to perfection. The fries would have been as good if they were seasoned when they came out the fryer.

I'll be back for the chicken and the drinks, if it was based only on the service I would pass.

I would eat here 1-2 times a week.  There is only one lady that is worth being there.  Today I was put on hold for 10 mins so since I'm a regular I just walked over there and found my girl wasn't work today, hopefully she still works there.  Well one girl was smoking out back and another girl was chatting to her friend and not working.  The place was too busy to not be working.  The lady asked if I had a to go order and I said no because I'm still on hold from the first time.  She said sorry and ops that she was tending to the bar, but you wasn't even at bar when I came in lady?  So I left and didn't order my food and the lady said the bar is her priority not the people ordering food.  I will never go back.....

Love the music and great atmosphere! The chicken was delicious by the way. If you want some food get the chicken, you won't be disappointed.
